The Alliance for Education in Waukesha (AEW) is a parent-led organization, founded in January 2021, that is dedicated to safe, healthy and strong public schools in Waukesha. As such, we have deep concerns about the future of the School District of Waukesha (SDW) after the school board’s approval of the “Optimizing Our Future” (aptly nicknamed OOF) E.1 plan last Wednesday, November 12, 2025.
